Capabilities

The work inside an EPC contract.

Six disciplines, held by one contractor. Select one to see how it is actually scoped — not a menu of slogans.

Program & EPC

Owners in a recovery or an installation do not need another coordinator. They need a single party that can hold design, buying, and building in one schedule. We set the scope, the constraints, and the definition of done before the first procurement is released.

  • Scope, budget range, and a completion standard written in plain language
  • Integrated schedule across design, buy, ship, and build
  • Interface control with owners, donors, local partners, and operators
  • Risk held where it belongs: access, security, weather, and long-lead gear

Same standard, different owner.

A donor agency, a developer, and a military public-works office do not fill out the same forms. The building still needs a foundation, a service entry, and a person who will operate it on Monday. We write the scope to the owner in front of us and keep the construction sequence honest.
